Having a renovation carried out on a property can be a stressful undertaking. We believe that transparency is the key to reducing that stress for our clients.
Firstly, we’ll have an intake meeting where you can explain your goals and requirements for the project. We never make assumptions, we’ll ask lots of questions and will carry out research about your property and any regulations and permissions we might require from the gemeente for the project. We’ll then send you a detailed quotation that will explain all of the expected costs, timeline and project plan.
We’ll meet again to go through this and will talk you through any other options and will inform you of any potential challenges that could affect the cost of the project. We’re aware that renovations can cost a lot of money. It’s not in our interest nor yours to have you overspend on a renovation.

While taking your wishes and vision into account, we’ll provide you with options that will give you a real choice on the final price of the project. So for example, if you decide you’d like a wooden floor, depending on your budget we can provide options. From elegant parquet flooring to mahogany, pine or oak. All of which can have a significant impact on the final cost of a project. Again, we believe in maximum transparency.
We’ll sit with you and discuss the implication of the choices you make on the final cost of the project. This transparency also applies to any items in the timeline that could be out of our control and cause delays. For example, planning permission permits, delivery of equipment etc. We’ll also discuss the risks to the timeline of a project with you so that if delays do occur these won’t come as a surprise to you.

We manage the contractors and take the stress of the project out of your hands. We are your partner in delivering the renovation. Our job, as well as delivering an outstanding renovation is also to ensure that you don’t have to worry about the details. Or to quote Robert De Niro in the Godfather Two, „I take care of everything”.
